Davis told Artz she's happy Young is in jail.              "That's just good that he is in jail, and not on the streets doing what he was       doing," Davis said.              Police think Terry Young was kidnapping women, forcing them to withdraw money       at ATMs, robbing, raping and assaulting them. Investigators say Young entered       Davis' home the day before he forced his first victim to drive to a Wells       Fargo, where she jumped        from her car to escape.              That victim ran to a nearby Walgreens and called 911. Davis' mom told Artz the       timing of it was really scary.              "Had she been here alone, it could have turned out differently," said Anitra       White.              Detectives think Terry Young ran from Davis' home once he realized it was full       of people. Artz also spoke to a man who said he called 911 after the second       attack, where his neighbors were held at gunpoint for more than an hour and       raped.              That man did not give his name.              “You know, you get a knock on your back door, young ladies frantic, (the)       first thing (you) do (is) call 911."              Only Channel 2’s Liz Artz was there Friday when Terry Young was handcuffed       and put in a patrol car. He had three outstanding warrants, all for stealing       cash from his employers.              "I'm glad they caught him. He's a sick guy, nobody needs that guy or anyone       like that on the streets," said a neighbor.              Young also has two warrants in Atlanta. He's accused of stealing cash and       cigarettes from a BP gas station where he worked in late July after leaving       the Waffle House.              https://www.wsbtv.com/news/local/man-accused-attacking-women-eas       -point-likely-be-c/27303747/              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
