She was then driven to the 1500 block of       Ridge Place, SE, where        she was forced out of the car. She then ran to a nearby home where she was       able to call police.              The victim told police she did not know the suspects.              Both men have been charged with first- and second-degree rape, armed robbery,       kidnapping and several additional related charges.              Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Mark Blue, or has information regarding       the case should call police at (202) 727 9099.
