XPost: talk.politics.guns, fl.general, alt.politics.liberalism       XPost: alt.abortion, sac.politics       From: noreply@mixmin.net              A 16-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted by six male schoolmates in       central Florida was able to record part of the attack, according to police.              The girl was walking home from school on Nov. 13 when she was pulled into a       wooded area by the boys, at least two of whom were known to her, and forced to       perform sexual acts, police say. According to an arrest report obtained by NBC       News, the girl was        able to record video of part of the incident on her iPod.              "During the video you clearly hear (the victim) advised 'no,' 'she wants to go       back to school,' and you hear the males keep asking and even say 'it’s his       birthday,'" the report reads. The report says the boys intimidated her and       wouldn't let her leave.              Five of the young men arrested are minors and are not being named by NBC News.       Torreano Batton, 18, is charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment,       along with three 17-year-olds and two 16-year-olds. The victim and her alleged       attackers all attend        Winter Springs High School. The day of the alleged attack was a 17-year-old       suspect’s birthday, according to court documents.              On Thursday, Batton was ordered held without bond by a Seminole County judge.       The five juveniles were also ordered held in a juvenile facility. In a       statement to NBC News, Winter Springs HS Principal Mickey Reynolds said that       both the physical and "       emotional safety" of students was a top priority for him and his staff, and       noted in an email to parents sent after the arrests that "the school system       has programs in place that provide continuing educational services as the       legal process unfolds."              https://media-cldnry.s-nbcnews.com/image/upload/t_fit-560w,f_aut       ,q_auto:best/newscms/2014_47/775121/141119-torreano-batton-mug-1441.jpg       Torreano Batton, 18, is accused of sexual battery and false impr       sonment.Winter Springs Police              https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/victim-florida-gang-rape-re       orded-part-attack-cops-n252961              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
