   TOLEDO -- Toledo police have told News 11 they now have Andre Lamar Winters,   
   whom they suspect of raping four people since August, in custody.   
      
   They had named a suspect Wednesday in the series of rapes in North Toledo and   
   increased the reward for his arrest. They said he goes by the street name Dre.   
      
   Winters, 18, has been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one   
   count of felonious assault.   
      
   Police arrested the suspect before one o'clock Thursday afternoon, but   
   officers are remaining tight lipped about how it went down.   
      
   Since August, police say Winters has raped four teenage girls near his home in   
   north Toledo. All the rapes were in the early morning when many of them were   
   walking to the school bus stop or school. Three of the four victims said   
   Winters threatened them    
   with a gun.   
      
   Police have also charged Winters with two counts of armed robbery and one   
   count of felonious assault.   
      
   They say he held up a Woodward High School freshman while he was walking to   
   school last month.   
      
   A week later, they say he robbed another man and shot him as the victim tried   
   to get away.
