   TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The Lucas County Grand Jury indicted a man for allegedly   
   assaulting and raping someone, sending them to the hospital.   
      
   The grand jury indicted Maxximillian Frais, 25, of Toledo, on July 3 on   
   charges of Rape, Strangulation, and Resisting Arrest.   
      
   Police affidavits allege Frais punched the victim several times and strangled   
   him during an argument on June 25. During the assault, Frais allegedly pulled   
   the victim onto his lap, undid his zipper and performed oral sex on the victim   
   even though he told    
   Frais to stop. The victim was hospitalized and police say he had visible   
   injuries, consistent with being punched and strangled.   
      
   Charging documents say he then pushed and pulled away from an officer during   
   his arrest.   
      
   Frais is expected to face a Lucas County Common Pleas judge in the coming days.
