   A 24-year-old Toledo man is arrested on 64 charges of rape, attempted rape and   
   child porn.   
      
   Officers from Lake Township took Jonathon Christopher Wright into custody   
   Thursday. All charges involved minor children.   
      
   He is being held without bail at the Wood County Justice Center.
