   TOLEDO, Oh. (WNWO) -- A Toledo man is behind bars after being accused of   
   raping a woman while holding a gun to her head near the University of Toledo.   
      
   James T. Moore, 24, is charged with rape after the June 10 incident behind a   
   home at 2356 Cheltenham Road, in Old Orchard.   
      
   Police say Moore forced his female victim to engage in intercourse behind the   
   home. The victim said he held a firearm to her head to get her to comply.   
      
   Moore is being held in the Lucas County Jail on $500,000 bond. He has been   
   assigned a public defender and is expected to be in court on June 21.
