   A Milwaukee man is charged with repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl and   
   keeping her in a basement.   
      
   Prosecutors said 37-year-old Antonio Randolph met the girl at a north side gas   
   station and took her to his grandmother's basement.   
      
   That's where prosecutors say he forced her to have sex several times.   
      
   According to the criminal complaint, the girl was "free to walk around but   
   confined to the basement."   
      
   Investigators say she "asked to use the defendant's phone to call her parents,   
   but he refused."   
      
   Prosecutors also say Randolph loaned the girl to an individual known as   
   "Fat-Fat" who also raped her.   
      
   Randolph is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
