   A teacher at Bullard High School in Fresno has been arrested on a litany of   
   sex crimes that involve a minor.   
      
   The big picture: Fresno police arrested Ray Anthony Waller, 37, on Thursday in   
   a case that involves a juvenile victim who is a student at Bullard.   
      
   Waller faces 10 felony charges involving sexual assault and child pornography.   
   The charges include lewd and lascivious acts with a juvenile aged 14 or 15,   
   unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, sodomy with a person under 16,   
   distributing/showing pornography to a minor and the use of a minor to   
   sell/produce pornography.   
   His bail for the 10 charges has been set at $785,000.   
   What we’re watching: Fresno police believe that there may be additional   
   victims in this case, and the investigation is ongoing.

   Fresno Unified responds: Bullard Principal Armen Torigian sent an email to   
   parents on Friday revealing that Waller has been placed on administrative   
   leave.   
      
   “Please be assured that Fresno Unified School District takes these   
   allegations very seriously and will fully cooperate with local law enforcement   
   throughout the investigation,” Torigian wrote.
