   Judge Massullo choked up after thanking the women for coming forward with   
   their stories. She told the court that the one mitigating factor — that   
   Dozier had no prior criminal history — did not outweigh “the horror, the   
   sophistication, the extreme    
   violence” of the crimes committed, and sentenced him to the fullest extent   
   of the law.   
      
   One month ago, on Nov. 13,  a jury declared Dozier guilty on 25 counts. He was   
   found not guilty on one count of attempted murder.   
      
   When the final sentence was read, a woman in Dozier’s party blurted out,   
   “Wow,” and left the courtroom.   
      
   “See you, Fred. Love you,” she said as she exited, crying.   
      
   Dozier was also sentenced to pay $256,550 in victim restitution and court   
   fines. He was promptly handcuffed and taken from the courtroom.   
      
   “See y’all,” he said to no one in particular.
