   Three Cedar Hill teenagers are accused of raping a mentally disabled classmate   
   in a restroom at their school, police records show.   
      
   Sylvanus Lanier, 19, Marco Garcia, 17, and Elijah Willis, 17, each face a   
   felony count of aggravated sexual assault in connection with the October rape,   
   court records show.   
      
   An arrest warrant for Lanier says the teens took turns standing outside a   
   Cedar Hill High School restroom and acted as lookouts while the 16-year-old   
   girl was sexually assaulted on Oct. 19.   
      
   The victim reported the assault four days later, and the teens were arrested   
   last week.   
      
   "The district investigated the matter and handled disciplinary action as per   
   our Code of Conduct and the law," said Cedar Hill ISD spokesperson Jamie Brown.   
      
   Ordered to take off her shirt and pull up her bra, she complied because "she   
   was alone, scared and felt like she could not leave," the warrant says.   
      
   "I am not like this," the victim told Garcia, according to the warrant. "I   
   don't do this."   
      
   After touching her chest, Garcia ordered the girl to pull down her pants and   
   he put his fingers inside her vagina, the warrant says.   
      
   When she tried to escape, the document says, Willis pushed her back inside the   
   stall and forced the girl to touch his penis.   
      
   Surveillance footage of the school's hallway shows Lanier going into the   
   restroom with the girl and then standing outside as a lookout.   
      
   Lanier remains in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, and Willis   
   remains jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.   
      
   Garcia's bail was also set at $100,000. He bonded out of jail on Nov. 2.
