   Muskogee County District Attorney Orville Loge filed four charges of rape in   
   the first-degree against Leroy Jemol Smith.   
      
   Investigators said Smith is accused of raping five women in Muskogee in the   
   1990s, one of the women has since passed away. A warrant has been issued for   
   Smith's arrest, and investigators believe he is in the Tulsa area. Loge says   
   Smith’s case has been    
   handed back to the state after the case went to The Creek Nation due to the   
   recent Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction.
