   CEDAR RAPIDS — A Cedar Rapids man was arrested Saturday on charges he   
   sexually abused a 14-year-old girl.   
      
   Anderson Porter, 54, is charged with three counts of third-degree sexual abuse   
   and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor.   
      
   The girl reported the abuse, which authorities said happened once on Aug. 5   
   and once several weeks before that, to a family friend and later to a forensic   
   interviewer, according to a criminal complaint.   
      
   A warrant was issued Thursday and Porter was booked Saturday at the Linn   
   County Jail. He had his initial appearance Monday and is being held on a   
   $25,000 bail.
