   JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WCYB) — A Johnson City man was arrested Thursday and   
   has been charged with rape and second degree murder.   
      
   Austin Forkpa sold pills to someone who fatally overdosed in September 2021,   
   according to the Johnson City Police Department.   
      
   Forkpa's DNA was found during a rape investigation in August 2021, police said.   
      
   Forkpa is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $150,000   
   bond. He is due in court Friday morning.
