   MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man was arrested after he was accused of robbing a   
   couple and raping a woman, court records show.   
      
   On July 16, a woman reported to Memphis Police Department (MPD) that she   
   had been robbed and sexually assaulted by a man she did not know in the   
   4200 block of Chuck Avenue, court records show.   
      
   The woman told MPD that she and her boyfriend were sitting in the car   
   when a man came up to the car knocking on the door, records show.   
      
   The woman said she thought Rayford was a security guard since her and   
   her boyfriend were at a school park during after hours.   
      
   According to reports, Rayford got into the car and told them, "give me   
   what you got."   
      
   The couple gave him $600, records show.   
      
   Records stated that Rayford pulled out a gun, took the couples cell   
   phones, and forced them out the car.   
      
   The woman told MPD, Rayford made her boyfriend get on his knees and face   
   in the opposite direction of her and threatened his life if he moved,   
   reports show.   
      
   According to reports, Rayford began kissing the woman and touching her   
   inappropriately while having her at gunpoint. He then made her take her   
   clothes off, get on the ground, and raped her, court records show.   
      
   Records stated that he threatened the couple again, telling them if they   
   followed him, he would kill them, records show.   
      
   On July 16, the woman was leaving her house when she noticed Rayford   
   walking down the street.   
      
   She followed him in her car and called police, records stated.   
      
   MPD arrived on the scene and detained Rayford, records show.   
      
   Rayford was charged with aggravated rape, aggravated robbery, and   
   aggravated kidnapping, the sheriff's office said.
