If you are talking about personal hotspot, I did "build" one. MMDVDM DS_DUAL hat on a raspberry pi with pi-star software. It works really, really well. The MMDVM dual hat costs about 50 USD. If you do not need 2 timeslots on DMR you can go for the single MMDVM (one transceiver) for cheaper. CU, Ricsi ...
