I have finally tested the HackRF for spurious emissions, and I can say it is
definitely acceptable. 

With SDRAngel acting as the IQ modulator, I got really clean performance on
40m. There is a DC spur at IF center though, so offset tuning should be used.

Wideband spur emissions are minimal, shouldn't interfere with anybody on HF.
Yet to get reception reports though, as now I have no license and no suitable
power PA.
