Sure. It is a VoIP phone system for Ham Operators only. You need to have an
active Callsign to be added to the phonbook/Users. Think of it as Echolink
with a phone. They have weekly nets on it and so much more. Once you have a
phone you open a Ticket on the Website to get your phone activated. In my case
it took only 48 hours to get me activated. More info here: https
