Greetings Fellow Mystic Sysops,
I have been trying to get my system formatted so that 80x24 and 132x49 format
best as possible.
I've noticed that in the Message Reader Index that the "Group Separation" line
with show_gaps=true can sometimes not blank out the previous text that ends up
there when scrolling. I disabled (show_gaps=false in the INI) and the rubbish
text goes away.
This is my "group separator" template entry:
str15 = |09- |14|&1 |09|$X66-|$D63-
To explain a bit better what I see, that with gaps on, some of the blank lines
above the group name have hanging "-------------" at the ends just above the
group separator. The length of the "------" seems to be the end of the line
past column 99? I'll have to remeasure to be sure.
The other thing I want to do is have the help text appear in a box, I've
tried making the help file something like:
|#B#1#14#Message Reader Help#|14 MOVEMENT AND SEARCHING|CR .... |PE#
It does display the help text, but not in a window as expected, the |PE, or
pause for enter inside or outside didn't seem to matter.
Lastly, in the menus, I wish I could set the number of columns different based
on the width of the screen.
ie: 80column screen width has 2 menu columns, 132column screen width to have
3 columns
Thanks for reading,
Scott
