Grant, The Slinky  antenna is stretched in my attic.
Don't remember hearing static when on 75M phone, talking to local folks.
Used theantenna onCW too.
XYL did not like seeing the coax coming out of the doorway and up into the fold
down attic stairs so I haven't been on 80/75M .
