Amibinkd is a disaster.  There was a later version that someone who shall not
be named more or less made his own and tried to charge money for. It was a bit
more stable but would still leak memory and crash the system after a few days.
Running Binkd and Crashmail II on a virtual Linux box and then share the
folders for it via NFS to the Amiga over the network works fine.  Also, thanks
to Niklas Lindholm (www.nikom.org) Crashmail II is now compatible with
messages produced on the Amiga.
