I have my copy of CNet v5.21 running under WinUAE. When I first setup my BBS,
it was the cheaper way to go. I've purchased Amiga Forever 7 for $5, but
haven't done anything with it except install it. I know WinUAE is the emulator
inside Amiga Forever and I do know others who have setup their BBS's using
Amiga Forever. Good luck and it will be awesome to see another CNet BBS come to
 life. I believe there is close to 20 of them so far. I wish Dan aka K-Guide
would update the website's listing of current BBS's.
