As with collectibles, people also have very strong feelings about foods from
their past.  Sometimes these special recipes get lost. This section is to help
people who are looking for lost recipes from their past.  If you submit a
request, please include the geographical region where you tasted the recipe.

Here's a drink mix that can be made ahead and used anytime, from the 1979
Pillsbury Kitchens' Family Cookbook.

Russian Tea

3 cups sugar
2 cups orange-flavored instant breakfast drink
 (Ed. note: Tang)
1 cup instant tea
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Please 2 rounded
tablespoonsfuls of mix in each cup.  Fill with boiling water, stil well.  Cool
and serve over ice.  Dry mix may be kept in covered storage container.  32
