You can see them here: http://www.tias.com/books/cooking/ Be sure to check out our vintage kitchen collectibles section online at: http://www.tias.com/showcase/1/Kitchen_Collectibles/1.html Here's a recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens 1965 ring binder cookook: Yankee Red-flannel Hash Lightly toss together 1 1/2 cups finely chopped canned or cooked corned beef, 3 cups finely chopped cooked potatoes, 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked or canned beets, and 1/3 cup finely chopped onion. Add 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, and few drops Tabasco sauce; season to taste with more salt and pepper, if needed. Melt 3 to 4 tablespoons fat in skillet; spread hash evenly over bottom. Cook over medium heat till underneath side is brown and crusty. Makes 4 servings.
