Pat, Buenos Aires, Argentina submitted this: I've been making this pizza for over 30 years and it's always been a success. You have to put 4 cups of lukewarm water in a bowl, together with 4 tablespoonfuls of corn or sunflower oil, 25 gr of yeast and mix. Then add a pinch of salt and 1 kilo of flour.Leave it in a warm place but not near the hot cooker. When it has doubled its size, divide it into 4 and knead it for a few minutes.Roll it on a flat surface it, giving it a round shape and place it on an ovenproof pan and bake it for 15 minutes. Then add the topping and bake it for another fifteen minutes or less.I hope it is what your reader wanted. Pat, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Anne W sent in this suggestion: I bought a thin crust at Dollar Tree not long ago and it was delicious after being topped with what we wanted. It would be good too with just cheese and the price was certainly right. 9. As with collectibles, people also have very strong feelings about foods from their past.
