Man, I don't like that seller-user "support", although I have run across it

That figures.  But I have to ask if it's possible the manual is on the CD the
printer came with?  No, you would have already looked there.  I think their
users guide is only available online, so I checked and found this:

which is no doubt what you found and probably the source of your frustration,
even though it works.  Screen capturing every one of those pages is going to
take a lot of time, so you might ask them if they can make it available.
