I was an Apple user for DECADES....   Still have my Mac Mini, and still use a
Macbook PRO for my daily laptop.

Went AMD about 6 years ago for my daily driver because I was bitten by the
flight sim bug again, and if I am going to shell out 4k for a desktop, I am
going to use it for everything.

It does make a good platform for VMs for cert study and as interim machines
while I am upgrading my Windows Servers.

The only thing I am still in the process of trying to find is a good vido
editing platform besides an Adobe product.  They have really fallen out of
favor with me since they no longer have an stadalone / non subscription based
product.
