I'm not so sure. Many of these compatability warnings are due to the fact that the hardware components are heavily tied to the security protections of the device. For example, a 3rd party touch ID sensor could contain hardware components that could compromise the security of the device, and thus it won't be allowed to unlock the phone. I would imagine as the camera hardware becomes more complicated (have you seen the camera package of a iphone 12 Pro?) Apple will not allow 3rd party replacement components because of compatibility, security or quality issues. These warnings are there to assure the integrity of your device and data. Not to prevent repair.
