The only way I could configure RADIUS 4.010 to dial out was to put BND in the
IP Daemon settings under Restrictions/Required.

I'm using an ARGUS.TXT overrides file, and since the overrides include the BND
flag, it works.

I'd like to get rid of the ARGUS.TXT overrides file, but it appears I need it
for the restrictions -- the nodelist typically has a flag in the format
"IBN:hostname". Adding an "IBN" required flag doesn't work, apparently because
the flag includes text after the IBN string.

Is there a way to word the required string to hit on any entry with
"IBN:hostname"?
