Okay, click on the Polls 'tab'.  Right-click on one of the addressees, and
click "Info".  What does Radius say about the node?  That'll be the clue.

Yes, it ought to.  Sometimes too soon!  ;-)

We don't need silly 'events' in Radius though they can be replicated.  You
have a recent nodelist and it's compiled by Radius?  The target nodes are 'CM'
and have a 'IBN' or 'ITN' or 'IFC' flag with a properly-formed domain name? 
Then all should be good.
