I got my problem with Radius not polling sorted out. As soon as I put in a
restriction under Config->TCP/IP Daemon->Restrictions of "BND Required", the
BBS has been crashing mail out faithfully.

I suppose that similar to Binkley's event structure, Radius just needs a
condition to poll.

Polling quite actively, I might add. I noticed a new IP_5.log and IP_6.log,
meaning it's had 6 concurrent binkp sessions simultaneously!
