   Are we talking about the same thing here? It's active all the time,
whenever the Daemon is there. In Argus and Radius it's the menu item to the
right of the Outbound menu item.

   And yes, it's a CPU hog. I was just wondering who would miss it if it went
away and made it possible to have the lower half of that window, with much
more interesting information, cover the entire window.
