I dug up a modem and have tested calling out to some other nodes; it's nice
hearing those tones again!

I tried calling an international number and Radius only dials the number in the
nodelist. I'll need to figure out a way to stuff digits in for international
calls and lop off the local area code before dialing.

FD and Binkleyterm used to compile dialing information into the nodelist; how
can I modify the numbers in Radius' nodelist to reflect the number to be
dialed?
