   Yes, sorry about that. Tedious is the Argus clone that mainly have the new
option of spawning a new process when seeing an EXEC_NOW.OK and then running
EXEC_NOW.BAT.

   I don't mind the extra CPU cycles looking for a semaphore file twice a
minute -- I have millions of them wasted each second.  8-)
