Hello Dallas.

I'm just coming across the message chain regarding timEd 1.30.  This is the
first I've heard about this.  What's different?  Who wrote it?  OS/2 version
available? (Can't find anything at all in any of my file distribution
directories regarding this release.)

Any info would be much appreciated!
