I'm embarrassed to say that I can't remember! I think it might have been marc
lewis (3634/12)? but I can't recall, and I can't find any of the traffic we
exchanged.

Essentially, it's a recompile to work under 64bit windows ... and works very
well!! I can send it to you if you want -- just an exe, nothing else!
