Sourceforge.  I did try compiling two versions but it kept failing on g++ ...
I don't know if this older Xubuntu has it, and don't particularly care.  On
checking RNtrack's "files" on Sourceforge, I found a precompiled that works:
v1.32.  It's FREQable from here as rntrack-1_32-lnx.tar.bz2 if you can/want.
