But the spare battery on the mobile only reached 50% charge before the hydro
went out. So.. I'm going dark shortly. Hopefully there will be a surprise and
the power will be restored in a few hours.  The downtown is partially lit up.
Some places have it, some do not. I guess the businesses (+banks +post office)
get priority.
