No. That is a different kettle of fish although in the case of a bios usually
it can be flashed with a proper fix when needed. I believe that is the usual
fix for many gps recievers that have the two digit year problem embedded in
them, except they call it a firmware upgrade. Personally I think it is a
ripoff.
