Looking at my trusty fidonet nodelist it looks like Helmut Renner is the RC of
region 31 and the NC of the Vienna Net and the Lower-Austria net. His hostinfo
is listed as donhelmi.homeip.net. I would try a mailer connection there or
even BBS and see if he can be found there.
