Pothole pecker painter to face penal penalty?

A caring community 'member' in New Zealand could face prosecution ? for
painting penises on potholes! 

Geoff Upson estimates he's sprayed around 100 huge ?traditional? graffiti
willies around his home city of Auckland since 2018, hoping it might prompt
the authorities to fix divots on roads.

Auckland Transport has now said that it will take legal action against Upson,
who received a call from police last week following a complaint about his
penises. Auckland Council says they pose ?a safety risk and distraction.?

The authorities will likely face stiff opposition.
