Perhaps the echo is little used for its intended purpose, then.

OTOH, my N640C is an ex-sysop (and ex-NC) from Zone 6.  There's another
ex-Zone 6 refugee listed in Net633.  So, the potential is there.  There may be
others, lurking...

Maybe the echo's moderator needs to advertise the echo... more widely?  ;)
