Next we should have a flurry of my downlinks shifting to here to make sure they
can handle port 24555 for BinkP.  I can't shift them 'willy nilly' without
making sure they hit the right system.  Although it seems a mailer shoould
handle that automatically, some do not interpret the nodelist the same into the
mailer so some may need an 'over-ride'.
