I hear you.  In my case I am still renting but the latest one is only a few
years old and thus far hasn't given me any grief other than when there is an
outage usually due to wind damage to the infrastructure.  Speaking of which,
any damage your way due to the latest storm?  It looks like Florida will be
down for awhile.
