Sears has two brands of tools; one labeled Craftsman RW>and the other labeled Champion...guess which one is made in China. When I RW>want to buy an American made tool, I'll by Craftsman, or if I can catch RW>the Snap-on or Mac tool truck, any of the American made tools on board. Wel I have Three Craftsman Drills in froont of mt and the LiIon battery on one says "MADE IN CHINA" The NiCad battery on another one says "MADE IN CHINA". My little Hex shank tool driver says "MADE IN CHINA" as well as the upscale 1/2" inch with the Laser Cross hair device and my 1/2" Impact Driver also says "MADE IN CHINA" That leads me to believe ALL their Tools could be made in China as well --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ Typo Tom Strkes Again * Origin: Fidonet Since 1991 And Still Here.
