The day before yesterday, I was driving down the road on some errands and got
caught in a monsoon that came out of the northeast and was raining so hard, I
gave some thought to pulling the car over to the side of the road, which would
be just as dangerous, but instead I outran it.  Yesterday, that same weather
system caused very heavy rain all day and we didn't get out of the 70s.

It's the same old practice of getting the consumer used to a price and NEVER
lowering it.  There is a special name and place for those people.
