Yes, and from what I have heard, they also have to put in some additive in the
summer months to lower emmisions.  Not sure if that is country wide or by
state.  That always makes gas go up in the summer.  

Just wish I could convert my gas to run on natural gas.  It is around 40 cents
a term right now - lowest price I have ever seen.
