8^) Grampa Witt was a GM man (my first ride was in his 1941 Chevrolet
purchased just before Dec, 1940), dad was a GM man, I was an early fan of
Fords. Basically because of the flathead V8s. But, time marches on and
ideas and opinoins change, so I eventually became a GM man after being
embarrassed in my 55 Ford by the 55 Chevy V8s.

Meanwhile dad passed away and his Dodge Grand Caravan went to the auction
block. Mom kept the Oldsmobile until she realized that she didn't need it
because the elderly care facility my dad moved her into before he died,
had a small bus to take their residents to town.
