Hello All!

I have a friend with a 2002 (or thereabouts) Pontiac,  She is afraid to turn
the engine off when she goes anywhere because of the following:

1. The engine only starts on the 2nd attempt
2. When going somewhere, and shutting the engine off, the car has to sit for
about 30 minutes before the engine can be restarted.

This is a new one on me.  We originally thought it might have something to do
with the chip in the ignition key, but that didn't solve the problem.
