It'd have to be chambered for a 3"er...that means about 3 3/8" chamber
size, then smooth bore for the rest of the barrel. Or are you thinking
of a 'special' shot shell? Next would be the 'rim' on the shot shell. Not
exactly 45 clip friendly.
Why not just buy some snake shot ammo for it?
I know its a Taurus, but they already sell a revolver chambered (The
Judge) for what you're asking a .45 to do.
